Every exercise uses a real task from the room — a report someone actually writes, a proposal someone actually sends, a spreadsheet someone actually reconciles. Generic examples teach people that AI is impressive; their own examples teach them that it is useful. We are honest about limitations, which is the part most vendor-led training skips — your team will leave knowing what AI does badly, where it fabricates, and which tasks are not worth attempting. Task Collection
Participants submit one real task each in advance. These become the session's exercises.

Custom Agenda
We build the agenda around the submitted tasks and share it before the session so nobody arrives unclear on the purpose.
Step 4
The Workshop
Half a day, hands on keyboards. Roughly twenty per cent explanation, eighty per cent doing.
Step 5
Recap & Resources
Written summary, recording, and the prompt library built during the session, shared within two working days.
Step 6
30-Day Clinic
A follow-up call once the team has tried to apply it. This is where adoption is either secured or lost.
